A: We are located in the Butor district of Saint-Joseph, right next to the large pedestrian bridge that leads to the town center. It’s the perfect spot to drop off your laundry before or after doing your shopping!

A: To fit your lifestyle, we’re open 7 days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Whether it’s early in the morning or after work, we’re here for you!
Q: Is parking easy?
A: Yes! To make your visit stress-free, public parking spaces are available right in front of and behind the laundromat, so you can load and unload your laundry with ease.

A: We have washing machines of various capacities to suit all your needs, including extra-large machines perfect for duvets, blankets, or big family loads. We also have high-performance dryers to ensure efficient drying.
Q: Do I need to bring my own detergent?
A: Not necessarily — we’ve got everything you need on-site!
There’s an automatic detergent dispenser, and we also offer premium Ecocert-certified detergent, sensitive-skin fabric softener, as well as color-catcher sheets and stain removers.
Q: Are the machines clean and hygienic?
A: Absolutely — hygiene is our top priority!
Our machines are cleaned and disinfected regularly to guarantee perfect cleanliness every time.
Moreover, our professional washers are equipped with the Global Advanced Hygiene module, designed to ensure impeccable linen hygiene.

Q: How can I get perfectly dry laundry?
A: The secret is not to overload the dryer!
By filling the drum only three-quarters full, you ensure ideal air circulation.
For very thick fabrics like towels or jeans, a second drying cycle may sometimes be needed for best results.
Q: I see an “No water” error on the machine screen — what should I do?
A: Don’t worry! In most cases, simply press the “Start” button again.
If the issue persists, call the support number displayed inside the laundromat.

We use a solar water heater to heat the washing water. Thanks to the generous Réunion sun, we reduce our electricity use and offer you a more sustainable wash.
